Search engines (including Google, Bing, and Yandex) operate with complete algorithmic independence. Because Google evaluates on-page quality, duplicate content, domain authority, and robots directives before deciding to add a URL to its index, 100% indexing cannot be promised or guaranteed by any entity.

1. Third-Party Independence
URL Indexer is an independent search engine optimization (SEO) software platform owned and maintained by Risho Digitech Pvt Ltd. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or directly affiliated with Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., Microsoft Corporation, or Yandex.
"Google", "Googlebot", "Google Search Console", "Bing", "Bingbot", and "IndexNow" are registered trademarks of their respective holders. All usage of these terms on this website is for nominative identification and service compatibility descriptions only.
2. Crawl Dispatch vs. Algorithmic Indexation (90%–95% Range)
URL Indexer guarantees that submitted URLs are pinged, validated, and pushed directly to search engine crawler gateways via high-priority bot pings and our verified upstream search crawler API.
However, actual search index inclusion, SERP ranking positions, and search snippet generation are governed solely by search engines' automated machine learning algorithms (such as Google PageRank, helpful content systems, and canonical detectors). While our observed success rate is 90%–95%, we cannot force search engines to index low-quality, duplicate, or policy-violating web pages.
3. Merchant & Transactional Disclaimer
Online credit orders, invoice billing, and customer transactions are processed under merchant agreement with Bright GPL (brightgpl.com). Bank descriptors may appear as Bright GPL or Risho Digitech.
4. User Responsibility & Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and content quality of the URLs submitted to our indexing pipeline. Submitting stolen content, malware URLs, or black-hat spam is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
