Terms of Service & Merchant Agreement

This website and platform, URL Indexer (accessible via urlindexer.brightgpl.com and its user dashboard), is exclusively owned and operated by Risho Digitech Pvt Ltd, a registered corporate entity in India.
All online payment processing, digital billing descriptors, and merchant gateway collections are securely executed through authorized payment partner and merchant of record: Bright GPL (website: brightgpl.com). You may see charges on your bank/card/UPI statements reflected as Bright GPL or Risho Digitech.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing URL Indexer, creating a customer account, depositing funds, or using our public Developer API (`/api/v1/index`), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our indexing services.
2. Nature of Indexing Services & 90%–95% Estimated Success Rate
URL Indexer dispatches user-submitted links directly to Googlebot, Bingbot, IndexNow protocol endpoints, and high-authority search engine ping networks via our verified upstream crawler cluster.
Each valid URL submission utilizes exactly one (1) indexing credit. Our system guarantees crawler ping dispatch and telemetry verification with an observed 90% to 95% historical indexation rate on compliant, accessible web pages.
Algorithmic Authority Notice: Search engine inclusion, cache timing, and SERP ranking decisions remain at the autonomous discretion of Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation algorithms based on on-page quality, thin content checks, and robots.txt directives. 100% indexing is not guaranteed for any external URL.
3. Pricing, Credit Structure & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
- Pay-As-You-Go Single Rate: ₹12 per link (custom orders under 100 links).
- Bulk Packages: Flat ₹10 per link (Starter: 100 credits = ₹1,000; Growth: 250 credits = ₹2,500; Agency: 500 credits = ₹5,000; Enterprise: 1,000 credits = ₹10,000).
- Credit Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your wallet balance indefinitely until consumed.
4. Payment Gateway & Merchant Terms (Bright GPL)
We process payments using Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd, supporting Indian UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. All payment processing is conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized multi-currency conversion.

5. Prohibited Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting URLs containing:
- Phishing, banking scams, or identity theft lures.
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, or trojan download executables.
- Terrorism, hate speech, or non-consensual illegal content.
Violation will result in immediate permanent account termination without credit refund.
