1. Realistic 90%–95% Indexation Probability: URL Indexer guarantees instantaneous crawler dispatch and HTTP handshake verification with Googlebot, Bingbot, IndexNow, and upstream high-authority index nodes. Under standard webmaster conditions, submitted URLs observe a 90% to 95% indexation probability.
2. Autonomous Search Engine Authority: Final inclusion into Google and Bing search index results is determined solely and exclusively by proprietary search engine algorithms (evaluating content uniqueness, domain reputation, crawl budget, robots.txt exclusions, and canonical rules). As an independent optimization software, no company or agency in the world has unilateral power to force Google or Bing to index 100% of external web pages.
⚠️ Strict Non-Refundable Rule: Due to server infrastructure, proxy cluster rotation, and immediate API dispatch costs incurred upon submission, PAYMENTS AND CONSUMED CREDITS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once URLs have entered our crawl queue.
1. Service Scope & Merchant Relationship
At URL Indexer (a software venture of Risho Digitech Pvt Ltd), we provide high-velocity search engine crawler dispatch. Digital billing transactions, merchant checkout security, and invoice collections are managed in partnership with Bright GPL (brightgpl.com).
2. Legitimate Refund Scenarios
You are entitled to a full transaction refund or credit replenishment exclusively under the following verified technical conditions:
- Total Gateway Failure to Dispatch: If URLs submitted by you fail to be dispatched to upstream crawler nodes due to an internal URL Indexer server outage lasting consecutively over 48 hours.
- Duplicate Charges: If your bank account, card, or UPI ID is charged multiple times for the exact same order invoice through the Cashfree payment gateway.
- Completely Unused Credit Balance: If you purchased credits and have not submitted any URLs within 7 days of payment, you may request an order cancellation for a 100% refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Credits represent reserved computing capacity, bandwidth, and third-party bot gateway dispatch costs. Refunds will NEVER be granted for:
- Credits that have already been dispatched or consumed for URL submissions.
- URLs that remain unindexed due to on-page 404/500 errors, password protection, robots.txt exclusions, canonical mismatches, or Google helpful content policy flags on the destination site.
- URLs falling within the 5%–10% algorithmic omission margin where Googlebot crawls the page but decides not to store it in its index.
- Accounts terminated for submitting malware, phishing links, or violating our Prohibited Content Policy.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original funding source (UPI ID, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days pursuant to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Cashfree payment gateway settlement guidelines.
